How are the three coaching programs different?: Build ($89/mo, no commitment) is weekly 45-minute sessions on the small, immediate moves that keep you in motion. A national community and referral network come with it. Foundations ($495/mo, 6-month minimum) is the full toolkit: the full-year rotation, the 14-day sprint, weekly live coaching, the library, and a 1:1 onboarding call. Mastermind ($3,500 for 6 months, by application) is a smaller, higher-touch cohort for the women ready to scale past themselves. Direct access to Courtney and Molly between calls. Start where you're ready. Move up when you are.
Can I start with Build and upgrade later?: Yes, and a lot of members do exactly that. Try Build for a month or two, see how the community feels, then step up to Foundations when you're ready for the full rotation. Just email hello@gather.coach and we'll handle the swap.
Did I miss the start?: No. There's no start date to miss. In Foundations, your six months of pillars start on your join date. Join in October and October is your Month One live. Everything before it is already waiting in the library the day you pay. Late joiners get more, not less. In Build, sessions drop every week, and the community is on 24/7. Whenever you show up, we're already there.
What's the 14-day sprint, exactly?: This is the first 14 days after you join Foundations. Every member runs the same sprint whenever they start: set up your Claude assistant (days 1–2), audit your sphere (3–5), draft and schedule 30 posts (6–9), open 20 real conversations (10–14). By Day 14 you have a working assistant, an organized sphere, a month of content scheduled, and real conversations open.
I don't have 60 minutes a week.: Build sessions are 45 minutes, once a week. Foundations coaching calls are 45 minutes. Every single call is recorded and searchable, so if you miss it live, you catch it whenever. If you can find time for one show at 11pm, you can find time for us. And you'll leave with your next move already decided.
I'm not producing enough yet.: Start with Build. $89/mo, no commitment, immediately implementable moves each week and a community of agents in exactly the same place. When you're ready for the full rotation, Foundations is right there waiting.
Do I have to leave my brokerage?: No. Keep your brokerage. Gather is the coaching, community, and systems you plug in on top of it. Members come from every major brokerage in the country.
What if I can't make a call live?: Every call is recorded and posted to your library within 24 hours. Members watch replays at 2x speed, take notes, and bring questions to the next live. Nothing is missable.
I'm already at $15M. Is Foundations too basic?: Foundations isn't for you. Mastermind is. $3,500 for 6 months, a smaller cohort, direct access to Courtney and Molly between calls, and the plays that only make sense above a certain volume. Apply and we'll be in touch.
